Escape to nature and reconnect with yourself on this exclusive women's retreat set on a breathtaking 32-acre property near Lake Superior.

About the Retreat

This serene getaway is hosted at the Tettegouche Lodge, nestled in the hills of Silver Bay, MN. Explore private hiking trails, picturesque waterfalls, and the soothing sounds of the Baptism River.

Retreat Highlights:

  • Accommodations: Spacious 8-bedroom lodge with a sauna, recreation room, fire pit, and more

  • Daily Activities:

    • Morning waterfall hikes

    • Sunrise yoga sessions

    • Evening sound baths and fellowship

    • Optional bodywork (fees apply): Reiki, ionic foot detox baths, vibrational therapy

  • Meals: Fresh, nutritious breakfasts and dinners provided. Lunches at local restaurants are at guests' expense.
