About the Retreat
This serene getaway is hosted at the Tettegouche Lodge, nestled in the hills of Silver Bay, MN. Explore private hiking trails, picturesque waterfalls, and the soothing sounds of the Baptism River.
Retreat Highlights:
Accommodations: Spacious 8-bedroom lodge with a sauna, recreation room, fire pit, and more
Daily Activities:
Morning waterfall hikes
Sunrise yoga sessions
Evening sound baths and fellowship
Optional bodywork (fees apply): Reiki, ionic foot detox baths, vibrational therapy
