Welcome! I am a certified Yang 24 Form Tai Chi instructor. My love for the practice of Tai Chi began in 2021. Practicing Tai Chi has not only provided me with an overall sense of well-being and calm, it has improved my balance significantly. When I first began practicing Tai Chi, it was very difficult to find any local instructors. Due to this, I chose to become certified so that access to this ancient practice & it’s numerous health benefits could become more accessible to others.
I enjoy leading classes that are appropriate for any level: whether you’re just beginning your journey with Tai Chi or are a seasoned practitioner. Classes are designed for everyone’s practice. During class I will gently guide you through the foundational movements, postures & breath work in an environment that is safe and supportive for your weight loss journey.
