We’re passionate about helping you grow and make an impact.
A little bit about us:
At Living Simply Well, our aim is to make space for individuals to gather and pursue wellness. Deep in the soul of every living being, is a desire to feel connected. This pursuit is the driving force inside all of us. However, this is difficult at times due to schedules that are seldom in balance, stressors, and other imbalances such as depression, anxiety, pain, and insomnia. This weakens our immune system, causes disease, and leaves us with negative emotions and fatigue. If this resonates with you, then my hope is that you realize that you are not alone. When we come alongside one another to encourage and support each other, we can find health and wellness. This changes our emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Only then, are we able to be authentic to self and to others.
My name is Angie. The vision of Living Simply Well stems from over twenty years working as an advanced practice nurse. I have had the privilege to care for people and their families in the face of challenges that can be traumatic and overwhelming. Often, I am amazed at the resilience we have that rises up in adversity. As a nurse, I am a lifelong learner which has led me to discover yoga, mindfulness, prayer, sound and vibration, as well as searching for the stability of nutrition from the earth. Fresh air, observing the wonder in nature, igniting our senses in the beauty that can be found around us are just some examples of how the earth can support our healing and wellbeing. So often in my professional capacity, I am prescribing medication or diagnostic tests to help diagnose and treat disease. It is my hope to transition from disease management to true prevention and wellness that can be found in the wonderful creation around us and the beautiful creation of our humanity!
Come join me in fulfilling your deepest source of wellbeing which can only be found by discovering more about the glorious being that you are!

Welcome!
Just a few years ago, after powering through a number of things over the course of my life, my body finally began informing me I needed to start focusing on myself, my health and creating more balance in my life. For someone whose primary focus has been to help others, focusing on what I want and need was initially a bit challenging for me. It took some mental reconfiguring. Through education, dietary and lifestyle changes, my physical and emotional health improved significantly and I am excited to offer the broad base of knowledge and experience I have to help you make the changes that are necessary to create the life you want.

Rebecca will work with you to identify specific, realistic, and achievable goals related to your overall well-being. These goals may include improving fitness, managing stress, adopting healthier eating habits, or enhancing mental clarity. Rebecca takes a strengths-based approach and will work with you to identify and further build your internal strengths and resources so you can overcome the obstacles, habits and challenges that have interfered with your success. Rebecca will strive to empower you to take an active role in your well-being; helping you to make informed decisions, take responsibility for your health, and develop a sense of self-efficacy. Rebecca believes being informed and educated is extremely important and will provide information and education on topics specifically related to you, your health and wellness needs and goals. Meet Denise Keenan.
About Denise:
Denise Keenan is a natural healthcare practitioner, teacher and coach who has studied the human mind, body and spirit for over 30 years. She’s a master bodyworker and energyworker, clinical hypnotherapist, HypnoBirthing practitioner, holistic health coach, NLP practitioner and has studied many methods of breathwork. These include Pranic Energy Healing, Transformational Breathing, and the teachings of Anthony Abagnano and Scott Schwenck. She’s also benefited from training with and being mentored by various indigenous healers. She’s traveled many times to Hawaii to study with Kahunas and expand her healing and teaching abilities; and has studied with Druid priests in Ireland and cruanderos in Mexico.
She became interested in holistic healing at a very early age, coming a cross a yoga book before Yoga was readily available (or even heard of) in the Midwest, and she started to seek teachers and esoteric knowledge when she was still in high school. She’s studied massage therapy, yoga, martial arts, and classical voice (all of which have a strong connection with the breath). When she heard of breathwork in 1993, she was called to study it, teach it and incorporate it into her life.
When Denise experienced a life threatening auto immune illness in 2017, she knew it was a call to dive deeper into the Ayurvedic Sciences, which emphasized natural therapies to regain balance between mind, body and spirit. When she combined this with her knowledge of breathwork and energy healing, she was able to recover and reach a point of thriving within the next three years.
Denise’s group and private sessions are for anyone who is feeling the desire to have a more exciting, bold life and simultaneously – is wishing for an experience of deep peace. Breathwork calms and heals the body of the effects of stress, trauma and emotional tension, supports rapid personal change in our professional and private lives, and can teach one how to use the subtle energies of the breath for spiritual growth. Her integrative bodywork sessions are powerful, enlightening and healing.
