Our Mission: Caring for the Whole You
About Us
Living Simply Well opened in May 2024 as a holistic wellness center designed to support the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Our mission is to create a space where individuals can gather, reconnect, and pursue true wellness in community.
At the core of our work is the understanding that every person has a deep desire for connection and balance. In today’s world, stress, imbalance, pain, anxiety, depression, and fatigue can disrupt that natural state of well-being and impact overall health. We believe healing happens when we come together with support, intention, and care, allowing space for restoration on every level.
Founded by Angie Finch, an advanced practice nurse with over 20 years of experience, Living Simply Well was born from a vision to shift from disease management to true prevention and holistic wellness. Her background in healthcare, combined with her lifelong exploration of yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, sound, vibration, and nature-based healing, shapes the foundation of our center and its approach to care.
Today, we offer a growing range of integrative services including yoga, mindfulness practices, sound healing, infrared sauna, metabolic health support, and Firefly Light Therapy, an advanced light-based treatment designed to reduce pain, support healing, and restore balance naturally. Everything we offer is centered on caring for the whole you and supporting your journey toward greater vitality, alignment, and well-being.
