8 Limbs of Yoga Workshop: Yamas
This two-hour experiential workshop explores the Yamas, the ethical foundations of yoga, as practical tools for creating more balance, clarity, and connection in everyday life. Rather than rigid rules, the Yamas are approached as supportive guides for how we relate to ourselves and others, helping to build emotional resilience and support nervous system regulation.
Through gentle movement, breathwork, reflection, and discussion, participants will explore patterns with curiosity and compassion, gaining insight and simple practices to live with greater intention, integrity, and self-awareness both on and off the mat. $65/person
